If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 21 days from the date your order was originally received. Please note that customers will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping charges are not refundable. Refunds will be processed within approximately 5 to 10 business days after we receive your return. All purchases that were made from www.debshops.com online cannot be returned to any brick and mortar store.
Return & Exchange Condition
- Clothing returns must be in its original state, with all hanger tags and price tickets attached. Clothing must not show any signs of wear, or it will not be accepted.
- Shoe returns must be in new, unworn condition, and must include the original shoe box.
- All swimwear returns must postmarked to us within 7 days from the date you received your order. All swimwear must be unused, with all tags and hygiene strips attached. For a bikini set (top &bottom) both pieces must be returned together. Debshops will not take a return or exchange for individual pieces.
- All lingerie, shapewear, and bodysuits must be returned unworn, unwashed, and unused with tags attached.
- FINAL SALE: All Jewelry, beauty/cosmetic,hair, and stationery products are final sale. Final sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds. Hoverboards are also final sale, but customers have 7 days to report any issues with the device.
Holiday Return Policy
Purchases made from November 15, 2016 to December 26, 2016, fall under our Holiday Return Policy. Purchases made from November 15, 2016 to November 30, 2016 must be mailed back to Debshops within 50 days from the date your order was originally received. Purchases made from December 1, 2016 to December 26, 2016 must be mailed back to Debshops within 30 days from the date your order was originally received.
How to Return
Your package must include the original order invoice. Please complete the “Return Form” section by placing a checkmark in the Return or Exchange box. Pack and seal your return merchandise securely and mail it to us. Please note that the Return Label is not pre-paid, therefore you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact our customer service immediately. Return shipping is non-refundable unless you received damaged, defective or wrong item.

International Return Restriction
Orders shipped internationally aren’t eligible for free returns or merchandise exchanges. You will be responsible for return shipping and handling fees. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable.
International orders returned to debshops.com will receive a refund for the merchandise but not duties, taxes or tariffs.
