returning an online purchase

we want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from debshops.com. if you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 7 or 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping charges.

the item must be returned in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure credit.

our standard return policy does not apply to all items. the following items must be returned, unworn, within 7 days to receive a refund: special occasion dresses, swimsuits, lingerie, jewelry and clearance items.

all items can be returned to debshops.com or to any deb retail store.

all refunds will be issued via your original form of payment with one exception. online orders paid for with paypal and returned to a deb retail store will be refunded via store credit - deb shops gift card. we do not have the ability to refund via paypal at a deb retail store.
